Almost 100 days ago, I left Google as an L7 Senior Staff SWE to start my own company.
Most of my time at Google was spent building tooling for AI infrastructure, primarily for training and inference. I worked with customers to adopt Gemini models in production, building agents and helping improve the models.
Now I am building @ensurecareai to automate and optimize high-friction healthcare workflows where the constraints are strict and the stakes are real.
I spend a lot of time working with coding agents, model harnesses, open source tools and AI infrastructure. The speed at which we can build today still surprises me.
I will be sharing more here about:
- building agents that run in production
- coding agents and agent harnesses
- AI infrastructure
- evaluating agents
- using AI in healthcare workflows
- what I am learning as a first-time founder
Ask me anything! Happy to connect.
@Quentin_Rnv Ah, então, olá meu amigo paulista! como foi a sua experiência na cidade? Eu sou do litoral de São Paulo, mas moro aqui em SP
Oh, hello there, my friend from São Paulo! How was your experience in the city? My hometown is on the coast of SP, but I’ve lived here for many years
I have been testing Grok Bot for the last week and it's EXCELLENT
It is your own personal fleet of AI agents doing work for you 24/7
In this video I give you a FULL walkthrough of the tool, how it works, and how to 100x your productivity with it

@renancaixeiro@o_magneto E se a pessoa não tem LinkedIn ou não atualiza/utiliza a plataforma, ela entra em um flag? Me parece que está assumindo que o LinkedIn é a fonte da verdade.
@madsf88@claudeai Why don't you go out and meet new people? NYC has so many places that you may like, go there and be open to talk to people. Things will flow naturally rather than having to act. Unfortunately, apps are quite annoying and in most occasions we have to deal with strange people
@robj3d3 Hey Rob, not sure if you have told about this, but how did you vibecoded (codex/claude capabilities), can you provide more details about how do you organize your setup to make things go faster and conclude projects earlier?
Asked what he would build if he started over, Patrick Collison did not name an AI lab.
He said he'd go for "the janky 1990s software" running whole industries nobody in the Valley will touch.
