#KukiMilitant ( KNA-B) or Drug cartels of KNA-B attacked and killed civilians in a kuki village, in retaliation for the non-payment of narco-trade tax for a long period !!!
Kultuh hamlet, which has around 25 houses, is located between Chahong Khunou and Thana Tangkhul villages along the Indo-Myanmar international border, roughly 200 km from Kamjong district headquarters.
Confirming the incident in a statement, Eastern Command of the Naga Village Guard (NVG) said the attack on Kultuh village, under the jurisdiction of the Tangkhul Nagas and located along the Indo-Myanmar border in Kamjong sub-division, was reportedly due to sharp differences between the Kuki National Front-Presidential group (KNF-P) and Kuki National Army-Burma (KNA-B) over area domination along the international border.
statement added.

Two Opposite Ends of Humanity
First of all, I wholeheartedly respect and appreciate our Naga brethren for the humanity they have shown in releasing the 14 Kuki hostages unharmed. There is no religion greater than humanity, and no karma greater than saving lives and helping fellow human beings. May the Lord bless you abundantly for this noble act of compassion and courage.
On the other hand, only the most depraved minds could cold-bloodedly kill innocent human beings after taking them hostage, cutting them down as if they were mere pieces of wood. Such acts stand in complete contrast to the values of humanity and conscience.
Dear Liangmei brothers, may your souls rest in peace, together with the souls of all those who have fallen at the hands of the same evil. May your memories, your smiles, and your innocence remain forever, and may they haunt the consciences of those responsible for the rest of their lives.

Manipur will never find peace unless and until #KukiTerrorism is acknowledged and addressed !!!
RIP to the 6 naga civilians who were abducted and killed by the #KukiMilitants
How many more civilians including children that the #KukiMilitant would continue killing after taking as hostages before the world knows #KukiTerrorism
@LokBhavManipur@BJP4India@UNODC
@meiteiheritage It's funny how the state and central forces couldn’t find 6 abducted Nagas by the well known Terrorists. Then 14 Kukis get released safe and sound, and boom, there are the 6 Nagas Dead.
The Govt of India must be very generous. It seems to have granted Kuki Terrorists an exclusive constitutional right: kill whoever you want, we won’t say a word. Meanwhile, our combined forces couldn’t trace 6 kidnapped Naga brothers with all their intel.... cont..
Heart broken. Shame on the spineless govt and authorities.
6 Naga civilians abducted by Kuki Militants found dead, a day after 14 Kuki civilians were released safely by the Nagas.
Legal formalities and investigation is underway, says Manipur Police.
Kuki Militants gun down 57 year old villager belonging to Rongmei tribe in Pongringlong, Kangpokpi district, escalating their attacks on civilians. Kangpokpi is controlled by Kuki Militants.
Disturbingly, villagers citing eye witnesses, allege Security Forces assited the attack.
@SpeakNaga_X It is unsurprising that Kuki women are protesting the release of the Narco Terrorists UKNA cadres apprehended by the Manipur Police with arms and ammunition. They are shameless and lawless refugees.
There is a disconnect with this story that the Cobra Post is to crackdown on Kuki Militants in Manipur because:
1. Most Kuki Militants are under SOO and enjoy immunity.
2. Military experts reckon it's not the lack of resources or expertise, but the nod to crackdown on the Militants.
The SOO needs to be scrapped first before anything else.

Demanding Separate Administration and community belonging to it are always associated with drugs
"Major Drug Bust in Mizoram:
A special team of the Saitual District Police seized 587 grams of heroin worth approximately ₹1.17 crore during a vehicle check at Keifang on June 1.
The contraband was recovered from Nengshi Haokip (51) of Salbung, Churachandpur, Manipur, who was travelling in a Bolero Neo from Churachandpur to Aizawl. She was arrested under the provisions of the NDPS Act following a lawful search conducted in the presence of police officials.
The seizure once again highlights the persistent drug trafficking route linking Manipur and Mizoram.'
Some numbers do not merely speak; they ask uncomfortable questions.
At the time of Statehood in 1972, Kangpokpi had 193 villages, while Ukhrul had 93 villages. By 2023, Kangpokpi’s village count had risen to 713, marking an increase of 520 villages. In contrast, Ukhrul’s villages increased only from 93 to 112, an addition of just 19 villages over the same 51-year period.
A similar pattern is seen in Churachandpur. In 1972, the district had 339 villages. By 2023, this number had grown to 874 villages, an increase of 535 villages. During the same period, Senapati’s village count rose only from 129 to 166, an increase of just 37 villages. Even after accounting for unidentified or unverified settlements, 27 in Churachandpur and 43 in Senapati, the disparity remains too striking to ignore.
The question, therefore, is simple but significant: what factors led to such a sharp proliferation of new settlements in Kangpokpi and Churachandpur, while districts such as Ukhrul and Senapati remained comparatively stable over the same 51-year period? ( Let’s be serious about this, it’s the question of our future generations)🙏
This is not about targeting or blaming any community. It is about understanding demographic changes with honesty, examining the forces that shaped these patterns, and safeguarding the long-term interests of Manipur and the nation. ( It’s an official and satellite recorded status, let’s discuss positively) 🙏

For any country, including our own, national security is a priority. Permanent peace and security can be achieved only through peaceful negotiations, under applicable national or international laws, with sincerity and considering the history behind any issues.
Security achieved though forceful subjugation will be temporary because no force can break the human spirit of a rightful people.
Coming to the crisis in Manipur, it is now largely accepted that the orchestrated violence erupted as per PS Haokip’s Zalengam blueprint to create a Kukiland, led by the SoO militants.
If there is any truth in the narrative that the Indian govt armed these SoO militants to fight the Naga and Meitei insurgents, it could be the biggest strategic mistake towards the national security!
The Kukis, originally a nomadic tribe in the south west hill tracts of Myanmar and Chittagong hill tracts of Bangladesh, always dreamt of their own country and that dream was given a ray of hope by the SoO agreements and the support of Church organisations in western countries. See the attached statement of the Kuki Church Council on their website.
These are the same people who fled the bloody troubles in Myanmar who were sheltered by Nagas by providing land and also welcomed with open arms and fed by the Meiteis when they were in trouble.
Nagas and Meiteis already tasted the results of their kindness and compassion extended to these people, it’s time that we, as country, learn from these experiences.

As the birthplace of polo, Manipur holds immense potential to emerge as a global hub for the sport.
Had a productive discussion with Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri @YKhemchandSingh on developing a comprehensive roadmap to position Polo as Manipur’s USP- Unique Selling Proposition.
The Native People’s Committee, Manipur, a newly formed conglomerate of Meitei and Naga groups, demands Scrapping of the Suspension of Operations - a tripartite ceasefire arrangement involving the Central Government, the State Government and Kuki militant group.
The Kuki Militants under SOO has been widely accused of attacking and killing Security Forces and civilians. Experts and Military observers have highlighted that peace in Manipur can never be restored as long as the SOO is in place because the Kuki Militants, led by Myanmar origin, practically enjoys immunity.
The Kuki Militants have a nefarious agenda to break India by carving out a so called Kukiland/Zogam from India's Northeast. They are leveraging the geopolitical compulsions and currently consolidating their occupation of territory.
This joint call of the 2 communities comprising ~ 80% of the Manipur population should also ring alram bells to the Central and State Government and the endless grievances and pain, the native population has suffered.
The group also demanded the withdrawal of Assam Rifles from Manipur and updation of NRC to weed out illegal immigrants.

Saw the photos?
1st image: Nitish Kumar Das, West Bengal.
2nd image: M Rishikanta, Manipur.
Both of these men were shot dead by #KukiNarcoTerrorists, an incident which is a subset of the #ManipurViolence & kiIIings engineered & perpetuated by #KukiNarcoTerrorists.
But what was their fault?
M Rishikanta found love in a Kuki lady & dared to be with her in the Kuki infested Churachandpur, Manipur. He thought that he would be safe because which community would make their daughter/sister a widow by killing her spouse? But he was shot dead, at point blank range just because he was a Meitei.
But what was Nitish Kumar Das' fault? He was just doing his duty of ferrying essential goods along Imphal - Ukhrul road, goods which would have ultimately reached the Kuki populace too. Can anyone explain the continuation of such senseless kiIIings?
Ex-gratia, perhaps, will be announced but what about the families who lost their dear members? Will they ever come to terms with the realities?
Some goodbyes are tough, especially the ones which were never said & never explained, but left to the imagery to explain, where one of the victim is seen dangling lifeless while the other victim is praying with folded hands for another chance to his own life to the #KukiNarcoTerrorists.
Sad state of affairs.
Let there be justice.
Let there be peace.
