Not actually sure what this means or how useful of an analysis this is.
But it is interesting to see the disparity in fire sprinkler mentions in new construction permits across all the cities in LA County.
Palisades is the red bar.
- Pacific Palisades has higher fire sprinkler requirements (4.3-6.6%) compared to Beverly Hills (2.8%) and West Hollywood (3.9%)
- Higher likelihood of needing grading permits (26-36%)
- Relatively efficient approval process (155 days)
- Higher costs in RE20-1-H and RE15-1-H zone
