@plusnethelp Hi Emily, We aren't able to test a wired connection as our laptop (apple MacBook 2020) doesn't have a port for this. I've read on the Plusnet community that the hub one router has a known fault, could this be the issue?

@plusnethelp Is there anything you know about Plus-net connection dropping repeatedly in the last couple of days? We've never had a brilliant connection despite upgrading to Fibre but the last two days have been particularly bad with losing connection
