I have been going to the SHREE LAXMI HERO service centre at Ulhasnagar since a few months with disappointing experience always and similarly since 28th October 2025 for the issue of my scooter Vida v1 Pro (MH05FK5282) having problems in charging.

In my ownership of multiple vehicles of different brands since last 12-13 years, I have never had any such experience from any automobile brand ever and such a disappointing and pathetic experience from Hero Motocorp really loses my trust on them completely.

With no fault of mine, the parts of the company are failing and the service centre has performed in a very disappointing manner to hand me over my vehicle after successful repair/replacement of the faulty parts of HERO MOTOCORP since last more than 10 LONG DAYS.

The incompetent people at the centre have been making me take rounds to and fro to the centre since last 35+ days WITH NO SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION in which my scooter has been INSIDE THE SERVICE CENTRE since last 10 DAYS now for the replacement of the motor of the vehicle.

...is >35kms away that too with unavailable spare parts even if they are lowest quality possible (handle switch assembly)
& Stupid RSA takes more than 5 LONG HOURS to bring back my vehicle home that's just 5kms away 👎🏻
