The world needs a global tax. The crypto economy is natively global and can’t be taxed by countries alone.

The old tax system is broken. Because it’s national, states can’t tax what should be taxed. Instead they resort to tax the only things they can tax: income and sales.

Nope. This interview has it wrong. UBI is universal. There should be no conditions at all for receiving it, other than being an alive human. If it has conditions (do the right thing, say the right things, etc) then it's just not UBI. Get your facts straight!!
