@DallasAptGP I used it to build a sensitivity table for sizing a deal structure we use on development and refinance projects. Normally this would take my analyst two days...I was working off a recent closing and the underlying documents ran hundreds of pages. I did it in 10 minutes.

@realEstateTrent Agreed. Easier for retail development though since it’s mostly not trended and tenants pay full rent at lease commencement. More so than storage or multifamily etc.
