Finally brought the kids to their first @NHLFlames game and bumped into the famous @RickTulsie who graciously let us see the Saddledome years ago during Stampede. Can’t wait to come back soon! #GoFlamesGo
What's the biggest impact of a Trump presidency on the energy market? Pragmatism. The ability to have an honest conversation about energy realities without the "the world is on fire" extremism and a better understanding of how critical hydrocarbons are to our way of life:
A Grateful Dead t-shirt from 1967 just sold at auction for US$17,640. How much would you be willing to spend on an old cool rock t-shirt? (Pls retweet)
That’s what makes the ending of The Revenge of the Sith so tragic. Also very dark and disturbing. She’s not dying of child birth but from a broken heart and Anakin’s hate.
Seriously. At least that’s my understanding. One of my fav scenes is when Anakin becomes Darth Vader. They couldn’t save her because he “stole” her life force with his hate and anger. Dunno, my take. They say something about her being sad but Anakin was slowly killing her.
Um, she was actually killed by Anakin/Vader by his anger and the dark side of the force. The medical staff didn’t know why and yes, there was nothing they could do.
Has anyone noticed the fire extinguisher on the table as the Earth burns? Many fire extinguishers are filled with CO2. The Science Guy could have put the fire out with carbon dioxide, which he wrongly demonizes as the cause of the fire.
Hi @Mark_Butler_MP
You plan on spending $billions reducing Australia’s CO2 output.
Can you please tell us how much the CO2 levels in the atmosphere willl reduce and what will be the corresponding reduction in the Earth’s temperature?
Electric vehicles are an important tool in decarbonizing transportation. However, despite the lack of tailpipes they are still far from zero-emissions. I dig into the details of the climate benefits and impacts of electric vehicles at Carbon Brief: https://t.co/VGWJgEvuJX 1/6
Y is the BC gov't panicking? This is what high gasoline prices are supposed to do, discourage driving. Except it's less effective because people stop other purchases before giving up gas & 4 people who have no choice but to drive it's unfair. But there's a planet to save, right?
According to this letter on a payment for US$225,000 sent specifically to Ed Whittingham, it is clear to me that he was complicit in the Rockefeller's campaign to LAND-LOCK Canadian oil.
In resigning today, Mr. Whittingham did the right thing.

Justin Trudeau met with the Japan's prime minister this morning.
Instead of acting half-intelligent and prepared, Justin stumbled over his words and mixed up China with Japan.

HSBC is boycotting Alberta’s oil sands.
Meanwhile, the CEO of HSBC is “excited” to be headlining a conference promoting investment in Saudi Arabi, which executed 37 people yesterday.
The next Alberta Government will not tolerate this kind of hypocrisy. https://t.co/zSbo63TGUK
What IS socially acceptable in Quebec? How about: Five oil tankers daily at the Island of Montreal, by way of a “very high” environmental sensitivity zone. If you could bottle the nerve this takes, it would outsell maple syrup. Not new though. https://t.co/V937ovwEPc
