Markets will recover long before things are clear and people will say "wow, amazing, so strange, makes no sense" even though that's the entire 200 year history of the stock market.
The stocks of some incredible companies are 25-50% off their highs.
At the same time the U.S. is shifting from a government/stimulus driven economy to one led by the private sector.
