I bought @F1 Spanish Grand Prix tickets on @StubHub in May. It was a 23rd birthday trip for my daughter. @TeamStubHub completely failed to deliver.

(I am a massive @Carlossainz55/@WilliamsRacing fan, and she is a diehard @LandoNorris/@McLarenF1 fan.)

My wife and I built our entire family vacation to Spain around seeing them race this Saturday for Practice 3 and Qualifying. We flew all the way to Madrid.

We arrived and the tickets were nowhere to be found.

Their only solution was a basic refund of the original price. They made zero attempt to source replacement tickets.

Those same tickets are now reselling for over $10,000. A refund is completely useless. It does not even come close to covering the cost of buying comparable seats today.

We spent thousands of dollars on flights and hotels for a race we now cannot attend. StubHub essentially allowed a seller to back out when the market value skyrocketed.

Their FanProtect guarantee means absolutely nothing. If you are planning a major trip around a live event, do not trust them. They will leave you stranded.

🚨 #Update I am aware that videos showing One Wing of the MBJ Airport has been used to assume that the entire airport was destroyed.
