Twitter/X - appreciate this is a long shot... 🙏 but has anyone else on this site had any success dealing with the #Volaris customer service team? And if they continue to ignore me, do I have any options legally?

Aside from an initial email response asking if I still needed help (Yes, I do...) there's been no followups, no replies to emails, and I'm still owed almost USD$500 for what I'm *hoping* was an innocent mistake.
