Shri @raghav_chadha sir your statements in Parliament against bank employees and on banking sector are completely baseless, misleading, and impractical. Bank employees have always worked with dedication, ensuring the smooth functioning of the financial system and implementing government policies effectively.

Instead of blaming employees, the focus should be on strengthening the banking system with better policies, adequate staffing, protection to bank employees, infrastructure and fair working conditions. Such irresponsible statements demoralize lakhs of hardworking bank employees who serve the public despite numerous challenges.
