Many recruiters are finding it necessary to use a job board's native apply process to get enough applications but that means they are now getting a large number of applications by email. They then have to enter those candidates into their ATS manually. Technology can solve this!
@socialmicole I led a session on #candidateexperience and made people apply for jobs on their own website. Most gave up after five minutes lol. And the fact that it took more than five minutes should’ve been a major red flag. 😂 #nextchat
