Pretty much everything I use, you use, and we all use relies on Open Source in some way. The device you're reading this on probably uses OSS.
We want that stuff to keep existing + thriving, so in 2025 Sentry contributed $750k to the Open Source projects we use and love.

The governor called a State of Emergency and said “it's important that all Nebraskans pray.” In our 1st episode of Disasterproof, here's a Texas town that didn’t have to rely on luck or prayer.
Temporarily undid this, lost an hour scrolling bullshit without even thinking about it. I put it all back in place as soon as I snapped back to reality.
Can't recommend it enough: as much as you can, make the Internet a place you have to physically move to go to.
I blocked all social apps on my phone a month ago, only allowing them on my laptop.
Now X/insta/etc are places I have to get up and *go to*, instead of ever-present sirens in my pocket calling me to crash into distraction.
