@Ask_Spectrum It’s been nearly 4 days since service went out in my part of Florida. We all know why, but why can’t a company the size of Spectrum give better updates than “we’re working on it”? You need pointers from @DukeEnergy

Spectrum just says “we are working on it and will let know when it’s fixed”. Gee, thanks. Where do all the overpriced monthly fees go?

Who else has their DirecTV Stream freeze every time it goes from commercial to show? On any channel. Every day. Freezes to the point that you have to change the channel and go back to unfreeze it. This on 2nd Gen Apple TV 4k with current firmware. #directvstream #directv #PoS

@haroldcolvinII No, but the app has been a total piece of shit now for a couple of months. I can't take it. Nearly every time it goes from commercial to show, it freezes permanently and I have to change channels and go back...over and over. I've been with them since beta but can't take it.
