If you're struggling to write a senate submission for the Online Safety Amendment (Social Media Minimum Age) Bill 2024 because:
- there's a 1 day consultation window
- you're a busy hard working Aussie and were blinded sided

“You’re an island nation with abundant mineral deposits and nearly limitless coal, uranium, and natural gas but very little oil?”
“That’s right, Dave”
“And you’re about to have an energy crisis because you have three weeks of petrol reserves?”
“That’s correct, Dave”

Premier Minns now has the laws in place for police to start door knocking citizens over social media posts.
40 people a day are getting door knocked in the UK.
My hunch is it's about to start in NSW.
Here are some guidelines of what to do if the cops come for you.

@actualAlexJames Sometimes you have to really hit rock bottom, like depression times rock bottom, Argentina type stuff, before people accept that “free” stuff from the government is a mirage
A single 25–30g dose of creatine not only reversed the cognitive deficits of 21 hours of sleep deprivation, but it also enhanced brain function beyond well-rested levels.
Accompanying this was an increase in brain creatine levels and high-energy phosphates—suggesting that high-dose creatine effectively gets into the brain, where it has rapid bioenergetic effects.
According to @darrencandow, this rapid effect on brain bioenergetics makes high-dose creatine a compelling candidate for treating conditions like TBI, dementia, and depression—where neuronal energy failure is a common feature.
Our brain requires massive amounts of energy to function optimally —and the more that the brain is stressed, the more creatine seems to come to the rescue.
Episode 100 of the FoundMyFitness podcast is live; it explores the emerging science of creatine for brain health, cognitive resilience, muscle strength, and bone density.

Anthony Albanese has been challenged in public again.
“Why did you let 200’000 migrants into the country last month during a cost of living crisis?” an unknown man shouts at the PM in Melbourne hours ago.
“Are the universities under control?” Referring to the 1 in 28 people in Australia who are foreigners ‘studying’ at Universities. The same Universities who produce study after study claiming students and migrants do not reduce rental vacancies or increase rents.
Underrated viewpoint - we need a board at Sydney airport reminding folks to leave their ethnic conflicts at home.
The Australian taxpayer does not need to fun another foreign war.
The NSW Libertarian Party does not stand with Ukraine.
And no, we don't stand with Russia either.
We believe the Australian government should stay out of foreign wars and adopt a non-interventionist, Australia First foreign policy.

2024 was a huge year for me but not the one I expected (other than to expect the unexpected).
Here I recount my successes and failures in:
- trying to launch digital products / businesses
- health
- relationships

The #1 Australian election issue is immigration.
Weaponised policy failure that's turned the Australian dream into a Ponzi scheme, sent cost of living to the moon, decimated wealth, sacrificed our high trust society and undermined national security.
Time to fix this madness!
Young people are uniquely disadvantaged by mass immigration because they are often in direct competition with them for rentals and entry level jobs, and later assets like housing and higher skilled jobs.
If you want young people to 'settle down and have kids' stop importing people that will compete away their profits and let them get ahead.

As I've said many times before LKY realised this at the foundation of Singapore that he couldn't expect soldiers to fight for a society that they hold no stake in.
For all the people saying that targeting higher home ownership rates is "Communism", a history lesson.
That is exactly what Australia and other nations did historically in order to combat Communism, by giving people a stake in society.
*you can use any diary. Keen to repeat this in 2025.
Also had my year goals pasted in the front too so I could calibrate.
Systems need to be as simple as possible and for me this hits the sweet spot!
I kept reflection super simple in 2024 by using a paper blank* diary and alongside work / appointments and daily reviews (also in gcal) at the end of every week I reviewed what I did socially, for fitness and for work.
Super cool to go through 52 weeks of this!
