Interesting idea. The Nazis used to do something called “Aryan stacking.” They always called on pure-blooded Germans w/ blond hair and blues eyes first. Aryans with darker hair/eyes got 2nd tier priority. Non-Aryan whites like Poles came next. They called on Jews if they had to.
