@elonmusk Not doubting your support for open source (I watched the economist interview), Sam's message about the letter was half-ass, but why didn't SpaceX sign the letter?
I have been giving @claudeai Fable ridiculous tasks like solve P != NP, (I really have to push it because it's skeptical of itself), it is funny though how it can see from my past chats not to talk about biology. This is from its CoT:
I'm keeping the tone direct and warm without groveling, conceding precisely what's true while holding what I hold. Since the user has a CS degree, I can use technical language and explain the magnification idea cleanly in one sentence. I need to watch my vocabulary — avoiding life-science terms like "grow," "organism," and "immune" (which is borderline-biological, so I'll rephrase it as "no reason to assume I'm exempt" instead).
I'm being careful about idioms too: "sour grapes" is technically a plant reference, and while it's an Aesop's fable idiom that fits the Fable context, it's safer to just say "calling the goal worthless because the attempt is costly" to keep clear of biology terms. The classifier is probably targeting biological self-description vocabulary — evolution, DNA, brain, neurons — rather than incidental plant references, but I'm erring on the side of caution with the vocabulary choices.
@MeekMill Hey @MeekMill I graduated with a Computer Science degree in 2018 from UF, have been working extensively on AI projects recently (still have a full time coding job so idk how much can help you) but I really liked Going Bad so if you need help with Claude hmu
@GRUStormCentral What ever happened to the outage map that looked like this? I think it was a lot more clear than the current outage map which doesn't give any useful information.
@Wikipedia Interesting. I switch back and forth between languages in Wikipedia a lot, and the first thing I noticed with this new update was how tedious it is to switch languages. I switched back to Vector 2010 on my account because I could switch languages one click before.
@SaintsRow@gavinator6429 "A reboot like no other", I guess that's definitely true. Maybe if Volition still exists in the future you'll actually listen to feedback from fans instead of attacking them.
@YouTubeLiaison @rubi__leee So you're basically admitting that the intention is to make it more difficult to see popular opinion of videos that are not from what your company considers a "legit source".
@iamjohnoliver Man I have so much money in Monero and now it's down because of you. :(. I'll still watch your show though. You were great on Daily Show and I enjoy your HBO show.
The new #CokeZero tastes awful. Way to sweet and doesn't have that little spicy kick that the original had. I'll stick to Diet Coke and hope they don't fuck with that too.
After watching Jon Stewart talking about the lab on Colbert, it's clear @StephenAtHome has truly crossed a line into the same type of partisan hack @jonstewart rallied against on Crossfire in 2005. Why is there nobody left who sees the absurdity of the system?
