@my_catharsis0 @EsotericCofe Intel is slower than arm macs CPUs, but kinda ok.
But the worst shit is Nvidia GPU on Linux, I had P1 with Nvidia and it was so fucking terrible. You can use integrated intel GPU and it kinda works fine, but external display ports are hardwired into Nvidia dGPU, so stupid

@EsotericCofe I was using that hot noisy ThinkPad that lagged and sometimes boot into black screen after update for about a year and a half.
Then after another system crash I said fuck it and bought M3 Max.
I completely agree, fuck Linux, fuck open source, fuck Nvidia, arm macs are so awesome

I went from MacBook 2017 to slow but decent ThinkPad E14 and then to ThinkPad P1 with 4k display and Nvidia, and entered the world of pain.
I heard that Linux and Nvidia is a match made in hell, but I didn't realise how fucking awful it is in reality
