@O2 I eventually managed to call off someone else’s phone & have sorted it. It’s an O2 problem & there was a known issue where my sim got deactivated as I’d ordered an eSim

@O2 I have no signal & my phone says I need to contact O2 if I want to use wifi calls. O2 chat is not available & I have no way of communicating with you other than Twitter! Please advise asap! The network here is fine, it’s like you’ve switched my SIM off

@TUIUK I did continue to call, spending hours on hold but still didn’t get through. My flight left this morning so it’s now too late to change.
I’ve had to find an alternative flight home later this week at my expense. For anyone reading this, don’t book with @TUIUK
