Old brands need to hire Gen Z/creative team to hop on trends! Parle could have done so much but ended up putting formal message like brand marketing in the 90s!
Lost a bigger opportunity no brand marketing team would afford to miss.
I feel like 26-29/30 year old Gen Z are the cool, in-the-know people because of the era of the internet they grow up in and having a semblance of analog interaction in childhood. the 19-23 year olds are WEIRD, extremists. They are the "cringe" millennials of the Gen Z
@seb97g330@curioushaggis @MasterNickEagle @be_like_ice Yeah because ADHD brains don’t respond to motivation alone. There’s a structural deficit in the dopamine pathway which requires an additional trigger like interest, passion, urgency, novelty or a challenge
my hot take is that terms like designer engineer and creative technologist have gained popularity because they make legible and palatable the very illegible nature of having an intrinsically irreplaceable creative soul
I love sitting down and just designing stuff to fit in with real Longhorn concepts for fun and to buff out my skills, I don't even care about like showing these to people it's just such good practice for everything to me. hierarchy, image manipulation, mixing 2D and 3D etc etc...
@yashwanth941v I think this is being treated like a boutique app, but it's a utility. The value of decoration drops as frequency of use rises. The cards and the chrome compete with the content and there's a compromise with content density as well.
