@Translink_QLD the new metro buses are dangerous for people in wheelchairs , just witnessed a guy nearly flip backwards at Roma Street due to the hump at top of the ramp and not having assistance to board. The hump tipped him back and he luckily caught himself before falling

@Translink_QLD 2 days in a row the 5:52am and 6:05am Bundamba Station Upgrade Shuttles bus (Route 501) has not run and the driver is just parked up at Booval Station. These are peak hour train links. Forced to get alternate transport. Please investigate ASAP

@Optus why is the webmail site so horrible to use. I want to clean up and delete old emails. Can barely connect to the site and mostly will not load. Tried different devices and connections. All the same. Been progressively getting worse over time

@QueenslandRail Can you ensure notices are given to passengers when changing routes, was on the shorncliffe train to get off at Roma St, train diverted and went to Albion via exhibition. No notice given to passengers. Now stuck tring to make it back
