Sad that @GE_Appliances new commitment to US manufacturing doesn’t seem to come with a renewed commitment to US consumers. 3rd gen GE buyer. Latest range and fridge are lemons. Finally convinced to exchange range their own service couldn’t fix. Charged $600 for that.

My grandparents bought a GE range in the 40s and we sold their house with it, running, in early 2000s. Will this even last 5? Nothing like waking up to a fridge full of warm milk and meat with food prices where they are.

Whether it is beyond saving or not can’t be known, bc, as Drexel asserts in their recent suit against Freedman et al, he’s fired everyone in a position of responsibility and has total control. Thus Hahnemann can’t be saved only bc Freedman says so.

Hahnemann is inner-city, 500-bed, level-1 trauma, caring for ~60k emergency cases a year. News sources report most of these are Medicare/Medicaid. Def a safety net. Definitely needed.
