Dear Mr. President,
Nigeria's constitution does not grant you the power to direct, control or interfere in the in operational decisions including ongoing cases against corruption.
Hence, your decision just confirmed what the opposition has been shouting against all this years.
6. Osun State is only a few days away from its gubernatorial election. Therefore, nothing ought to be done to give an impression that the EFCC or indeed any other agency of the federal government is being used to interfere with the election.
Β
7. Based on the foregoing premise, I am duty-bound to issue a directive on this issue in consonance with the overriding public interest in preserving public confidence and the integrity, credibility, and fairness of our democratic process.
Β
8. Accordingly, I have directed the EFCC to immediately proceed to the court to vacate the order and discontinue whatever action it has instituted against the Osun State Government in this regard.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU(GCFR)
ASO ROCK VILLA,
ABUJA

@cacnigeria1@Pappie_shyle I strongly believe that SEARCHING for your company status on the platform is the best to do, yet, this should be communicated so some persons don't start looking for LIST that is not available there on your website.
@cacnigeria1@Pappie_shyle Dear @cacnigeria1 , your communication lacks clarity and every right thinker will ask further. You made mention that you have a LIST and only gave the link to your website homepage. Why don't you say - check your business status on the page if its ACTIVE or NOT.
No list there
@mharuna7784@OfficiaEdoOsasB Obi does not need Atiku to win election but Atiku needs Obi.
Atiku without Obi in 2007 - above 2m
Atiku with Obi in 2019 - 11m +
Atiku without Obi in 2023 - 6.9m
What does these data tell you. They was no Buhari in 2023, yet Atiku could not sweep the north with large margin.
@UcheDec_@OfficiaEdoOsasB Atiku is not popular in present day Nigeria election. In 2007 he had about 2.5m votes, in 2019 when he was deputise by Obi, he had over 11m votes. Now Dial back to 2023 when he did not have the Obi influence and minus 5 governors in pdp, he had 6.9m votes. Imagine now- no governo

Do you think Atiku will bounce back from the downward trend in 2026?
Below is a graph showing Atiku's presidential participation since 2007. It is seen clearly that HE Atiku had his best outing in 2019 when he was deputise by Peter Obi.
His outing with Okowa had a marked decline by about 12% of the total votes cast in the various election.
Although the last election was marked with various confounders including Peter Obi as the principal of them all. Tinubu on one hand was the effect modifier.
Given the various factors that contributed to the sharp decline in 2023 - some of which include;
@abdullahayofel It should be changed to Nord Unilag partnership. Government entities always want to be seen with little or no contributions. Who owns the assembly plant? Nord. Credits should be given to Nord for their bold step and not make it look as if Unilag set up a plant
@AmericanMuslim @moment_mirthful @elonmusk What is changing sex? What benefit does it have to the person's involved?
Can we begin to ask the kids while in the womb if they prefer another gender than the one assigned to them? If they want otherwise, then they are flushed away not to create issues for the world balance
