Some banks are giving list of accounts which are not covered under PMSBY and staffs are forced to deduct Rs 20 without taking consent of customer. Higher authorities say that no one wl come and fight for Rs 20. Kindly expose Insurance selling also..@AirrbeaOfficial one is BUPB

इस लैटर से सारी बैंकों को सबक़ लेना चाहिए कि एक दिन नुक़सान बैंक का ही होना है, प्रबंधन के मनमाने तरीक़े से काम कराने का अंजाम है ये, शाखा में कार्यरत स्टाफ भी इस बात को ध्यान में रखें कि अगर कुछ भी नियमों के विरुद्ध जाके किया जाता है तो सबसे पहले ज़िम्मेदार आप होते हैं।

बस चेहरा नया होता है कहानी वही है, ऋण वसूली करने वाले ब्रांच स्टाफ के साथ आये दिन ये घटना हो रही है पर मजाल है जो उच्च प्रबंधन इस बारे में कुछ सोचे, सोचे भी क्यों उनके साथ ये हो नहीं रहा है, उनका काम तो ऋण बँटवाना है बस चाहे जैसे भी बाँटो वसूल कैसे करना है ये शाखा वाले जाने.

No of staff is increasing every year in Pvt Banks
But in PSBs it is decreasing.
Pvt banks have separate department for every work
But in PSBs staff is multitasking, the same is staff is involve in operations, advances, marketing

Lists have been send by RO to deduct insurance amt without the consent of customer, this is fraud public money is not in safe hands @bankofbaroda @HemantGairola25

Login day target for PMJJBY,PMSBY AND APY have started yet again.

My friend have also told that there are instruction to deduct amount without customer consent.

@DFS_India should look into this and try to act against these banks.
