🚨 Sergio Ramos urges Mourinho to drop Real Madrid’s big names and trust players who can change games:

🗣️“Mourinho needs to stop being afraid of benching the big names at this club. Nobody should be guaranteed a starting place because of their reputation. If you are not performing, you should sit on the bench.

“Look at Arda Güler. The guy came on and changed the entire game. That is what happens when you give hungry players an opportunity to prove themselves.

“Mourinho is risking his job by continuing to depend on big names who are not delivering when the team needs them most.

“I remember when he managed Cristiano Ronaldo. That was a different situation because Cristiano had the mentality, discipline, and hunger to deliver consistently.

“Players today cannot all be treated the same way. Some have the talent, but they don't have that mentality to fight for the badge when things get difficult.

“Real Madrid is bigger than any individual player. Mourinho needs to understand that before it's too late.

“If Arda Güler can come off the bench and make that kind of difference, then why should anyone be untouchable?

“The manager has to make difficult decisions, even if those decisions upset the biggest stars in the dressing room.

“You cannot build a winning team by rewarding reputations instead of performances. Football doesn't work that way.

“The fans want to see players who fight, take risks, and change games, not players who believe their names alone are enough.

“Mourinho has the experience to recognise what is happening, but he needs to act before the situation gets out of control.

“If he continues down this road, he could lose the dressing room, lose the fans, and ultimately lose his job. At Real Madrid, nobody is bigger than the club.”

Brutal. 🤯🇪🇸

[Inside Reality Football @RealityLfc]

🚨Endrick revealed what Arda Guler told him before the came ON for the comeback against Roma.

Reporter🗣️: we saw you having a conversation with Arda Guler during your warmup earlier before coming to win the game, do you mind telling us what he told you.?

Endrick🗣️: Oh yeah! During the warmup he just stop and started watching the game and I observe him before going closer to him, I walk up to him and ask him why was he not doing the Jogging”

He just smiled and told me he was reading up the game, I thought it was a joke then he started talking about what really the team need to do to calm Roma with their pressing.

He added that our midfield fall deeply and they have more space to control the game.

I then stood there for a minute and observed well what he was talking about and when I told him again I saw that his opinion true after observing, he just laugh and said we can go on and win it if we both enter the pitch.

I think we were lucky as well as the team because our tactics from what we saw outside the game really work for us, and thank to gaffer for this.

Arda Guler then told me we will be pushing and playing forward passes in their yard, I can tell you he’s one of the best learner in the training and whole of football at large.”

“Before the manager could say anything he’s already have that in mind and will do it right.

I’m glad to have him as a teammate, he’s still also young but have the pro mentality and beyond, he’s genius in his prime.”

Putting our words into action really paid off tonight, we had it right in the best way and the right game.”
