@British_Airways I try to be a loyal gold card holder but your website and tech is awful. I'm on the HRW to Nice flight first thing tomoz. No luggage + I can't download my boarding pass. Tech issues. Never a bus class line at Nice so will now need to Q for ages

@goodhonestmusic Absolutely heartbroken , we spent an incredible month touring with Paul and Bellowhead a few years ago. We will cherish those memories of Paul and the times we have met since, such sad and shocking news. Thinking of his family tonight, all our love and condolences Red Radish

@LeShuttle Also, it has been like this for the last few days apparently so why not email people. And why sell a ticket for flexiplus on a Pre booked train when you have no way of getting through the masses?

@LeShuttle This is not about the checks. This is about you letting hundreds of cars turn up without a booked time and you being greedy by just selling as many crossings as possible without thought of the consequences.
