@chevrolet following up on the known issue of @OnStar Telematics Module failure and parts on backorder with no ETA. Would like to use the features the vehicle is supposed to have as advertised. No gps, no sos, no app location access seems like a terrible representation of brand

@OnStar just trying to get clarification on the status of the known issue for Telematics Module failures for @OnStar keeping vehicles from GPS ACCESS, SOS, AND ACCESS TO VEHICLE INFO INCLUDING LOCATION. Keep getting told it's on backorder and no ETA. Is this a recall issue?
