This video was uploaded to the internet.
It led to this song being played relentlessly at nightclubs, bars and stadiums around the world.
And it all started with a Wigan fan in his bedroom.
The Pier... Wigan
How amazing is this??? Incredible model of the iconic nightclub. It was demolished 12 years ago, nothing of it remains... but thanks to Mike Mahoney, who made this from looking at photos... you can still see what it was like 😎 #wigan#history
This English band formed in 1979 in South London. ‘Winning’ was released in 1981. Unfortunately, this band never became commercially successful.
The lead singer had a breakdown in the mid 80’s, suffering from schizoaffective disorder. He ultimately took his own life in 1999.
👉🏻 Name the band.
you can understand the Burnley fans' rage and frustration here, they don't understand how electricity works so this feels like the actions of a vengeful god
