I just made an account yesterday and was given credits by a billing account from my Organization. I had the Claude Max plan.

Within just one chat, without warning, Anthropic banned my account without a violation of ToS.

On my very first chat, I and Claude were planning about an Events Admin Dashboard for my organization's backend. There was no inappropriate talk or conversation about malicious intents.

Why was my account banned? I have appealed against it and also mailed to the safety email.
