President Donald Trump attacked news organizations while answering a question about how he would convince “a skeptical American public” that the United States’ deal with Iran to end the war “is a win.”
Iran and the U.S. have reportedly reached an agreement that they will be signing in the next several days.
Trump said “it’s very tough” because people and news outlets would be critical of him “no matter what,” including whether he went several more weeks without a deal or if Iran raised "the white flag of surrender.”
“No matter what I do, I'm going to get bad press. I know that,” Trump said.
He added the deal “allows the ships to go,” in reference to reopening the Strait of Hormuz. The critical waterway has been effectively closed since the United States attacked Iran in February.
Trump spoke to reporters at a news conference during a meeting with leaders of the world's top industrial nations at the G7 summit in France.

Q: "Can you say whether you will hold anyone in your administration accountable for the strike on a school that killed more than 100 children on the first day of the war?"
Trump: "No…It's such a strange question to be asked at this date. You're talking about a long time ago."'
Thanks to Trump and his “Big Beautiful Bill,” student loan payments will go up as much as $4,000 a year starting July 1st.

Unacceptable.
People see someone with chronic illness functioning and assume the symptoms must not be that bad.
What they don’t see is the adaptation.
They don’t see the years spent learning how to suffer quietly.
They don’t see the symptoms being managed, worked around, masked, or endured.
They just see someone standing.
What they don’t realize is that many chronically ill people are doing things in pain levels that healthy people would consider an emergency.
Being used to it doesn’t mean it’s mild.
It means it’s Wednesday.

[12:34 PM] A potential storm solution this PM/tonight. While we're expecting the IL/IN storms to weaken a bit, it's possible that lingering storms could become severe in the 3PM-6PM timeframe, mainly along/north of I-70. But it's "round 2" tonight that's still the main threat.
Research shows a 72-hour fast can completely rebuild your immune system.
A study from the University of Southern California has revealed that fasting for 72 hours can trigger a complete regeneration of the immune system.
Researchers found that prolonged fasting causes the body to deplete its glucose and fat reserves, forcing it into a detoxifying state that eliminates damaged cells and toxins.
When normal eating resumes, stem cells are activated, leading to the production of fresh, healthy white blood cells. This immune reboot effect was observed in both mice and humans, particularly in chemotherapy patients who showed improved immune health after fasting cycles.
Lead researcher Dr. Valter Longo explains that during fasting, a gene called PKA is suppressed—this gene must be turned off for stem cells to enter regenerative mode.
As a result, the immune system essentially clears out older, weaker components and rebuilds itself anew. While more research is needed to explore the full range of benefits across organs, the study suggests that fasting could be a powerful, drug-free strategy for enhancing immunity, especially for those with weakened systems due to aging or cancer treatment.

This is the coolest thing ever. We’re at NASA getting a tour from astronaut Anne McClain. This is us entering the Orion capsule that flew around the Moon in April.
i still haven't fully processed that this random German guy came to the US as a tourist for the World Cup, was simply so genuinely excited about the country that he live-tweeted himself into mega-virality and now every org in America is giving him free stuff, tours, housing, etc
