@BLUENOSEBOB1878 Thanks for this insight Blue Nose knob, sorry Bob. You obviously have your finger right on the pulse here and we’re all gutted that Xabi’s brother Chadi, turned us down…
@henrywinter Thank goodness some common sense. Salah is entitled to say what he thinks and doesn’t need anybody’s permission. We and Arne Slot can either agree or disagree. Unfortunately, I think most of us LFC fans agree with him and the club and Arne Slot need to listen.
@Lemonbriz Someone tell Steven, now is absolutely the time to remind the Liverpool management team that a few signings does not solve those problems. This is not an elite manager and FSG need to be told exactly that.
@SkySportsNews I think he’s actually deluded. He’s actually describing the window last year following winning a title winning season and look how that went…
@indykaila Tell me he didn’t actually say that. This guy has no clue what managing LFC means, he thinks coming second is ok. No leadership, no direction, no intensity, he’s managed to turn us into very ordinary side and thinks that’s ok.
@LFCTransferRoom Does this guy seriously think two or three signings are going to change the lack of leadership, fitness, intensity and direction. We had a full squad, minus Isak at the start of the season and we were hopeless.
Gravenberch has been awful, calling it as I see it. Do you see how Liverpool don’t get a second on the ball? That folks is called pressing and you don’t need to be a ballon d’Or winner to do that, that’s work on the training pitch and the easiest thing to do out of everything.
@samuelap1_ When will Slot realise that these ‘moments’ are inextricably linked to hard work and intensity over 90 minutes and a coherent game plan. I’m not sure he even realises that Man City’s 4 moments or PSG’s 2 moments were as a result of us being completely out-worked and out-played…
@thisisanfield Arne Slot genuinely believes it’s ‘moments’ that are causing us to lose games, not poor team selection, lack of intensity or a poor game plan. Our own players are telling us what the problem is.
@Livin_Liverpool The fact you don’t understand is absolutely the problem. I’m not sure what FSG told you when you took the job, but I’m sure it wasn’t don’t worry if Man City humiliate us this year, cos it was worse in 2017.
@LfcNuel This is why he has to go. Whether Wirzt has got work to do is probably not wrong, but thinking Gakpo is the benchmark is almost deluded. Couldn’t press to save his life and gives us nothing on the left. This isn’t going to change while Slot thinks Gakpo is the answer.
@pennant83 Absolutely, it’s clear Slot’s back room staff have a completely different fitness regime. Not good enough and the stats tell him exactly that. Why doesn’t he see this?
@thisisanfield It’s becoming clear to me that Slot has absolutely no comprehension that our fitness levels are not where they need to be to compete. We are being consistently out-run and out-pressed by teams and his answer is that we need a break…FFS
@Realaldo474 I think it’s fairly clear the harder you work, the luckier you get. It’s clear that Slot’s back room staff have a completely different fitness regime, which I think you can see clearly in our intensity at the start of games and our lack of legs later in games.
