@directferries hi, made a change to an existing booking to travel earlier due to a bereavement. My new confirmation email. Does not show the changes (made through the operator) help!!

@POferries I did but that new confirmation email does not reflect the changes I made (and paid for) with yourselves on Thursday. The email still shows outbound and return journeys in February (as per original booking. As I made changed through you and paid for them. Can't you send one??
