We're past laying the foundation.
We're not quite polishing edges yet.
We are stabilizing and framing.
The improvements are beginning to compound.
--- Quick tl;dr below ---
Reducing chain bloat, faster snapshots, and moving forward with IBC integration.
Fine-tuning rewards for fairness and long-term sustainability.
Fixing session rollover bugs, boosting global performance, and adding deep observability tools.
New SDKs and load-testing tools make building on PATH smoother than ever.

๐ข Pocket Network Shannon Migration Announcement ๐ข
Pocket Network will undergo a major, consensus-breaking, non-backwards-compatible migration from Morse to Shannon before the end of Q2 ๐
The exact date will be finalized based on community feedback โ your input matters.
Once a concrete date is set, ecosystem participants will have exactly 14 days to prepare. This could happen as early as next week.
More details in the link below ๐
This migration is the first step toward our shared vision of a crypto-native API Layer.
What does that mean? It co-exists with Web2 services, supports traditional enterprises, and is gearing up to enable an internet of agentic API requests.
On behalf of @BuildWithGrove and @POKTnetwork - thank you for your continued support ๐ฟ

๐ Shannon Load Test on Devnet ๐
โ 10,000 proofs submitted and validated
โ 10,000 claims settled

Is this good enough for a mainnet launch, or should we aim for more?

@POKTnetwork's Morse MainNet demand is permissioned due to scalability issues.
Shannon solves this.
Last week, our engineering team ran our first real onchain load test lasting a few minutes on Shannon ๐ ฑ๏ธ TestNet.

If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product, youโve launched too late.โ - @reidhoffman
> Am I embarrassed by the first version of Shannon Beta TestNet?
Yes.
> Am I extremely proud of the engineering team @BuildWithGrove?
Yes.
> Do I think we have one of the most mature and high-quality Cosmos blockchains out there?
Yes.
> Do I believe we have the foundation that can easily scale to support, incentivize and relay all RPC requests for open-source services and data sources?
Yes.
> Am I super excited for all of the upcoming announcements in the coming weeks for how others can onboard onto Shannon?
Yes.
@olshansky@BuildWithGrove@POKTnetwork Disincentives are not a option or a nice to have. They are at the core of permissionless protocols.
Any project targeting mainnet must carefully design both.
Just another Friday night where all the pieces fit together.

There's nothing ground-breaking in this visual, but I felt like I needed a visual to capture the nuance to some of the conversations I often have.
The tradeoffs today are still asymmetrical, but I anticipate there will be a handful of step functions to reach the end goal.
Relay Mining & Decentralized Gateways
@POKTnetwork is the only protocol I know that creates an incentive for RPC nodes. This is not possible without the performance guarantees from @BuildWithGrove.
Thanks @d_InfraSummit for hosting such a great event!

@alleneubank The best I could think of is to pass it to a user-defined type guard
Something like:
const data = https://t.co/APQpA8Odc6
if (isValidationResult(data))
with:
function isValidationResult(data: any): data is ValidationResult
