Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generationโs timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.

Forever in our hearts.
Someone should write an alternate historical novel where Americans are the first to master the automobile, the first in flight, the first to harness the atom, the first to land on the moon โ but just keep going and never open our borders to the entire third world for sixty years.
Forgive me, but this is a load of crap. The Senator voted for a number of CRs, the original stimulus bill (2.2 Trillion), and a number of bloated budgets.
Is his record better than some? Yes, but he lacks the courage to address this issue. This is a political stunt with no real substance.
This guy owned a pharmaceutical testing lab. In 2010 he went bankrupt, locked the doors and left all the puppies and monkeys he was testing inside to die.
On his first day in office, President Trump successfully put a stop to the Lava Ridge Wind Project in Idaho.
This disastrous windmill farm was neither accepted nor welcomed by Idahoans at any stage.
On behalf of countless Idahoans, THANK YOU, Mr. President!

I warned everyone when your confirmation was up that if you had someone who had such disrespect for the natural resources of America, for our country, and for my state of Idaho, this was what we were going to see. You ought to be ashamed. The administration ought to be ashamed. The secretary of the interior ought to be ashamed. This is awful, awful, awful management of our public lands. This is not multiple-use. This is abuse of our public lands.
