@Uber_India save customers the hassle of being held to ransom by your drivers. Finally had to book via Ola and lost 45 minutes of my precious time. No point in pre booking for peace of mind, it’s only more stress. Shante on you @Uber @Uber_Support @ubermumbai

@Uber_India book another one. Same thing. I call him and he says pay more money then I’ll come. Then he cancels and I get another driver. Same issue. Asks for more money and then doesn’t move so o have to cancel again. Pls charge more if needed on the app directly.

@Uber so disappointed n appealed at your service. Pre booked a cab last night for an early morning pick up to Uttan. Fare aprox 700+. Driver says he’srrached and I step out . He never show us. App shows him not moving, won’t take my calls or respond to texts. I cancel.

@_yesmadam does it yet again. Cancels my morning booking n says you’ll get a discount to reschedule. Don’t they get it? A morning booking means you’ve planned your day accordingly. Why give morning slots if you can’t fulfil them. This is the 4th time it’s happened. @YesMadamCare

I have been calling help desk constantly and explaining the whole story each time to new person only to be pushed around with no resolution. Investment amount is missing since 1 year 5 months. @HDFC_Bank @hdfcsec @MiraeAsset_IN @akshayjethwa

Was told mr. Akshay Jethwa is incharge n he will revert. Mailed mr. jethwa, who said he will check with bse portal n revert within 48hours . It’s  aug now n still no revert from them. @HDFC_Bank @hdfcsec @MiraeAsset_IN @akshayjethwa

Called help desk again and heard same thing.Investment was refunded. Sent previous trail mails showing that investment made went thru n they said they will get back. Come June, still no response. Called help desk and sent reminder mails again no response @hdfcsec @MiraeAsset_IN

They said they will check. After much back a forth , said that investment has been made n will reflect in my portfolio  in 7 working days. 7 months later when checked, investment still not reflecting.@HDFC_Bank @hdfcsec @MiraeAsset_IN

but when I checked my portfolio randomly in sep’24 it didn’t reflect the amount. Called help desk n they said investment amount was refunded so pls check bank statement. Checked bank statement n sent them the same showing that no refund was made.@HDFC_Bank@MiraeAsset_IN @hdfcsec

I’m so disappointed and fed up with hdfc invest now help desk. Have been trying to solve an issue with them since sep ‘24 regarding an investment made in mar’24 in mirae asset. My investment was made thru invest now portal in mar ‘24. @HDFC_Bank @hdfcsec @MiraeAsset_IN
