Despite so much good he try to do unfortunately this maybe because someone felt so respected and fuzzy when he saw a building named after him.. or perhaps his loyalty to his friend who ‘loves’ him is greater than that to the friend who have proven to stand by him thru the ages. Whichever it is, at midterms he will hopefully see the light if Americans are as warm and respected by his said decisions.
@RepJoeWilson Stabilizing ? He was rewarded already with turkey now the de facto leader in shadow of Syria isn’t that enough.. seriously do you want more shadows
If Russian weapons are enough for Turks there wouldn’t be this discussion.. ever heard of cross engineering as Turkey is now heavily looking to build and strengthen their weapons industry and having best of both worlds. There is value to the F35s otherwise countries would not clamour for it. American technology is very tried and tested however if Turkey wanted to cease relations over the F35s they will have done it already not wait till today for sanctions to be lifted. Turkey has a lot of reason to be in NATO unless you already forgot they are occupying nato land unless they want a war with nato over that land they would have to still play nice and pretend to be a friend. If the Turks had such significant influence in Ukraine except when it serves their purpose it is not seen yet. So for those words of oh it’s just rhetoric and this is 4D chess think again..actions speak louder than words and in all deeds and acts of recent days, Turkey has proven itself hardly a genuine friend of the west
@mitchellvii Except it would not work sadly because China and Russia have more than 300B to invest and unfortunately changing politics with investment never works eg China lol
D day was the day people stood together - come what may, to do the necessary to fight for what they believed in. Standing down to proudly negotiate ‘victory’ terms and signing one sided consensus with an enemy who openly declares how much they hate you is not standing up like D day but bringing total shame especially to forebears who stood at D Day to fight for us to have the world order we have today..
Time will prove if Americans enjoy being slammed for being stupid or jealous of the tremendous success the nuclear deal is.. when in the history of time there has never been a victor who had to negotiate or hard sell their victory agreement.. the base is watching with horror how the regime as obnoxious as they are are proving to be more honest in what was agreed than the administration. Such a shock and dismay that trust is so taken for granted..
@JewishWarrior13 How do you expect someone who already said how confused they are with who they are negotiating with to negotiate a good deal though it’s strange that victory is claimed but victor’s agreement needs to be negotiated and sold so hard..
