@TequilaKid900 You can usually just add a little more calories or carbs back into your diet. Unless you're getting leg cramps (glycogen not replenishing) or heart palpitations (electrolyte imbalance) I wouldn't stress it. Saving some carbs for a late snack can help you sleep in a cut, too.
