Hope is not born out of empty words. Hope is found in a warm hug for someone who spent the night on the street; it’s found in a few bags of groceries when the pantry or fridge is bare; hope is found when the community gathers in love when someone we care for passes away.
A pleasure to drop by the Sant Nirankari Mission for their food drive donation to @RegenBrampton. Thank you for supporting the efforts of Regen. They served over 60,000 meals to those in need last year.

Our Outreach team took part in the #ColdestNightOfTheYear. They completed the 5km walk and raised over $2700 for @RegenBrampton. The walk aims to raise awareness about those experiencing homelessness and poverty. #cnoy23#MentalHealth
A guy on the bus today asked if I did the walk since I'm wearing my new hat - and then thanked me for raising money because he's someone who uses Regen Brampton ❤️
