According to Jesรบs Huerta de Soto, the libertarian politician must follow a dual strategy:
(1) he must rigorously study libertarian principles and disseminate them to the public without compromise; and
(2) he must develop transition plans toward the ideal that do not violate those principles.
Short-term compromises may be acceptable only if they move society in a more libertarian direction.
@Eudaimoniang@LibertytwtC They are subversives who want to be communist but are uncomfortable with all the historical baggage that comes with it. Oh and also their "philosophy" is worthless.
Did I mention that they are nearly all degenerate losers who live in their mom's basement?
Milei wants to improve Argentina's primary balance by 5.5% of GDP quickly. Almost no IMF program in history did that. The typical program achieves just 1% of GDP in adjustment. Macri tried 4.8% in late 2018 and everything blew up. History will repeat itself.
Milei has sent a bill to Congress that will allow non-human corporations run by entirely AI agents that can make decisions under a limited liability charter. In addition, it establishes a moratorium on all new regulations regarding AI.
๐ฆ๐ท Libertarianism brings prosperity.
Opinion: As the world enters a new era of technology, AI must be permitted to develop without premature regulation, writes Argentina's President Javier Milei https://t.co/GzDL4f4ey4
Ron Paul was a great libertarian, but it's time for the libertarian movement to look at the future instead of the past. Far too many confuse him and libertarianism, to disastrous effect.
The voters of both parties are incomprehensibly retarded on anything economic. Citizens united was one of the best SCOTUS decisions, you better pray for more corporate lobbying, it has its problems but it replaces things being decided by these votercattle. Compare Trump's economic policies to what the average R Voter supports, it's a bigger gap than between R voter and D politician. Elections are already very bad like this, if the US was a direct democracy without corporate lobbying it would be Brazil.
