Making Halo DLC was always fun.
The game was released and received well. Meanwhile Bungie was split up into multiple internal teams. DLC team moved to a separate building (which had windows we could actually see out of, so it was an upgrade!)
The work was super low-stress and very fun. Just building new idea, testing, pushing each others button, laughing, etc.
I worked on Rat's Nest (lower right). I think @oryxeleven proposed "An interior map that has vehicle loop using Crow's Nest assets" or something like that. Artists make it a real thing, design proposes improvements, adds item location, leads testing feedback priorities.
Rat's Nest was fun to work on. We were blessed with artists that were highly skilled at building great gameplay spaces (and making them look good, of course).
After that, I moved on to Avalanche.. which was even MORE fun to work on 🥳 Good times.

🚨 Big news from Epic Games.
Fortnite just confirmed they are taking legal action against two UEFN developers for using bots to inflate player counts. Their islands have been taken down and they are banned from Fortnite.
It’s okay to not be okay.
We aren’t machines. In time things will eventually be okay 👍. have to believe it though because it won’t happen by accident.

@kushirosea Have you looked into the use of comfyui for AI generation? I feel like the one-size-fits-all approach Dalle, Midjourney will only lead to average, similar results at best. Unless properly prompt engineered but only a fraction of users do that.
