@easyJet Thank you have tried that never easy trying to cancel or change things with EasyJet shame it’s not as quick as when their taking our money !!!

@SarahEasyLife @easyJet I had a letter from my lawyer stating that I’d applied for my TIE ground staff @easyJet wouldn’t even look it had to be green card or TIE at the moment stating non residents on 30th March but been moved 5 times ..

@SarahEasyLife @easyJet I had padron deeds to house & letter from lawyer plus travelling with husband who has residence on 5th March was not allowed to board plane @ Gatwick along with half plane as Spain had changed requirements again ...and was residents only again but not updated on @easyJet website

@easyJet Unfortunately not that easy ... as when EasyJet was notified of changes re Spainish government EasyJet failed to let customers know leading to half the plane losing not only our flights but also COVID tests & taxi returns....

@easyJet Can you tell me what paperwork is required to get into Spain please as on Government website that your website took me to said padron deeds work permit etc would be ok but when I tried to board flight on 5th March I was refused as Spain had changed it again to residents.
