@British_Airways Why are you charging more for a ticket if travelling with a child. I can book multiple single adult tickets £150 LESS than when I add a 5year old to the booking?! Not only is the adult price doubled but you also charge this amount for the child? What is going on? #shameful

@Arlanda Your airport allowed her to land there 3 days ago with a vaccine certificate, then at check in today to fly to Spain she is allowed through BUT at the gate she is refused & her belongings taken, her papers taken and no water or food for hours. She is 28 & scared & on a campbed!

@Arlanda I demand the passengers whose personal freedoms you have taken be given an explanation and that you are holding illegally be freed and you respond. Not having a digital vaccine passport is not the law. Spain does NOT require it which is the destination my employee was travelling

@Swedavia Explain yourselves. You cannot illegally keep people & treat like criminals. Some have been there days 4 having a PCR test 1hr out of date. My employee has ALL the correct paperwork 4 arriving in Spain, you cannot lock people up indefinitely and frighten them.

@easyJet Im going home 2 Ibiza with my 4 yr old from LGW 2 Alicante 2 Ibiza on Friday after 10 days in UK 4 emergency visit for dad in intensive care. Gov website both Spain & UK guidance says allowed 2 travel home 2 Spain with proof of living prior 1st Jan. See image.Pls confirm

@reilly_debs @easyJet Ok so I will be cancelling the @easyJet flight because the rules very clearly state that everything you had SHOULD have allowed you on the plane. I date stamped the gov rules before 5th March & again for today stating that absolutely your docs shld have been allowed. #easyjetfail

@easyJet Thank you Robs and I totally understand. I guess I was looking for confirmation that the check in staff will follow the latest government guidance and I won’t be turned away. If I arrive to Gatwick without a residency card I won’t be turned away.

@easyJet Your website is out of date tho. Your link says you need a residency card. This isnt government entry advice any longer. We can enter with other means of proof of residency. So your site contradicts that. Please confirm you follow the most recent advice NOT your site pdf attached

@easyJet I dont have my residency card as due to the backlog I've been waiting for it to arrive since August 2020. I dont have my TIE because I collect it from the Police Station in Ibiza 9th April! Pls confirm easyjet check in staff know to accept the government advice attached

@easyJet I have my empadron, my 5 year rental contract, a letter from daughters school, my husband at home, and of course all pcr's and even a vaccination cert. All accepted by both governments, will easyjet staff recognise this at gatwick check in??? pls confirm
