Pokémon released the 1999 Masaki promo set in Japan during the Communication Evolution campaign, with one of the obtainable cards being Gengar.

To receive it, collectors had to find Bill’s PC Pass Card and mail it with a Haunter card in exchange for an exclusive Gengar holo promo.

Exclusive to that campaign, it remains one of the most sought-after Japanese Pokémon cards ever released.

You don't actually want progress and growth you just want to make money as fast as possible, so much so that you will gamble in the casino day after day until you're broke.

And then, for the cherry on top, you will find someone else to blame for your losses.

My feed is an absolute garbage can of people fighting over their meme bags, begging for money, and trying to rationalize why THEIR meme of choice deserves to go up but YOURS doesn't. And in the midst of all that every 5 minutes you have a new KOL/extractor advertising his OWN token (which he controls most of the supply of) to try and cash in on the craze and make a quick buck.
