The underlying logic here is beautifully simple. 1) Points are randomly initialized. 2) A "cell" is computed for each point that represents the region for which that point is the closest (Voronoi Polygon). 3) Cell moves towards its polygon's center (Lloyd's algorithm) 4) repeat
