My God
Green Beret Anthony Agular recounts how a 5-year-old Palestinian kissed his hands to thank him for the food Agular gave him
Seconds later, Israeli soldiers shot and killed the starving child
ISIS prisoners were treated with more dignity than these children, Agular says
I wish I'd been more politically active when I was young. None of these brave young people will regret the stand they are taking. The future is theirs.
'I don't think the Palestinians would either be being bombed in Gaza today... if the British had not interfered in 1917'
@DalrympleWill lays out the roots of Britain’s role in Palestine, from the 1917 Balfour Declaration to Israel’s war on Gaza

Excoriating piece from Ronan Bennett- On @Keir_Starmer "But let’s not waste any more time on this pathetic, cringe-inducing little man who can see red paint sprayed on warplanes and government buildings, but apparently not the blood gushing from tens of thousands of Palestinians. Who can hear chanting at Glastonbury, but not the screams of the maimed and incinerated, or the howls of grief and rage from survivors. Who is offended by Kneecap but not by the genocidal statements of senior Israeli politicians and cabinet ministers." https://t.co/4mUkMjgVd0
The gentle and kind journalist Hassan Esslayeh (Aslih), a voice for the poor and the invisible, was assassinated by the occupation Zionist entity Israel in the early hours of the morning. The occupation state bombed Nasser Hospital, deliberately targeting Hassan while he was asleep in a hospital bed receiving treatment. In this 2020 report, you can hear Hassan in his own words, describing how he carried the burden of sudden fame because it enabled him to listen to the worries of those no one hears. A tireless journalist since 2009, he documented Gaza's daily reality despite suffering from a rare chronic illness. Hassan Esslayeh is now one of 215 journalists killed by Israel in Gaza since October 7th, 2023.

Never forget the IDF’s disgusting behaviour. Having shot Shireen while she wore a clearly marked Press vest they attack her coffin. Israeli law will protect them. Huge respect to Palestinians.

Sky and BBC coverage was excruciatingly biased and lacking in the whole truth. They helped to embed the narrative of the Israel lobby from which it was impossible to glean the truth. Thank heaven for @AJEnglish
It takes mind-numbing depravity to try to kill as many civilians of your enemy before the ceasefire begins which you have agreed to. https://t.co/LL8fV1UulB
They are mocking the world. They put annihilation on pause for a quick WHO mission, then they bombarded the hospital (including the neonatal unit) two seconds after the end of the mission.
This Palestinian boy’s mother was killed by Israel months ago. Every day at night he comes to sleep by her grave.
What have we done? How did we allow this? Shame on the world 💔💔💔
From Wall St to the City of London - our finance, insurance and banking systems are built on chattel slavery. Even the concept of the modern corporation was based on this exploitation.
But it didn’t stop with abolition in 1833.
According to a paper published in New Political Economy, the Global South has lost $152 trillion in wealth to the Global North since 1960 alone. Extracted, in part, by the same institutions.
These are the very same entities that now dump sewage in our water, make profit from the care of our elderly and price gouge the public on everything from energy to food.
Reparatory justice is a class issue. It affects all of us and rebuilding something better starts… with an apology.
SHARE agreed a statement at its September meeting about the racist riots in the summer.
"We must never forget the overwhelming majority of the population is opposed to the far-right and rejects this summer’s racist riots and hatred."
