@ouanling@DrDominicNg most of the people that are bad at games that have been playing for years just don't care. playing for several hours straight means nothing because there's diminishing returns due to fatigue and you must do it with intent. you can play for 30min-1h a day only and master any game
@dqwddq@BerbarianWizard not for everyone, but it does. depending on the intentions of the individual, his lifestyle and current hormonal balance, all those mechanisms may and will occur after a while
@LawrenceElliots@locutus_777 this guy was imprisoned by his own will for sure. i'm currently on tren (as the base of the cycle btw) + vyvanse and i feel i could just change matter and physics in my favor to avoid this kind of situation
@ZacGoodman_ for programs where hypertrophy has higher priority than strength, can BMT be used to avoid fatigue and strength loss on sets of the current and subsequent sessions? should any variables be changed or there's another method for this?
@Gabri3lTheGreat@LawrenceElliots@DrAlexTatem that happened to me. i reached my goal weight, went from 100-200g of carbs to 500g (increased alongside the weeks), added some activity as energy increased and was still getting leaner. i think it wouldn't work for people that had bingeing issues and huge appetite before reta tho
@FattyNoNatty your last warmup should be a set with 85-100% of working sets weight. 1 rep just to fire your CNS (can do 1-2 more reps if you don't feel safe with the movement). the goal is just to get neural excitation without getting any fatigue. then you're good
@aestheticprimal why is it that i get gut issues with more than 500mg of magnesium, even being well hydrated, active and on roids + stimulants (higher Mg demands)
@fastrlife i mean, once you reach that advanced state after almost a decade of training and you're on your peak physique, 2x per week surely will work. but for beginner/intermediate people this is bullshit
@Akxyl_ i get you. this exercise isn't a good option for some people due to mobility or insertion of the long head of triceps. you can do it unilaterally or switch to any other isolated tricep extension
@vers_laLune i dated the same girl multiple times because she always came back to get the feeling of being ignored for days when i was depressed. once my life got better and i gave her some attention she just got bored and moved on
