@KateDaughtry That’s similar to how I felt. It’s really frustrating. I know that my physicians also tested me for anxiety but in my case it was ruled as a by product of untreated ADHD, not as a singular condition. I would high suggest going to at least your primary care to talk about it.

@KateDaughtry I also talked to both my doctor and diagnosing psychologists about different medications and how they affected the body before deciding which one I wanted to try. The biggest challenge for me was being able to tell them "this isn't working, I want to try xyz"
