Introducing @PandaProbe Harness: what if your AI agents could repair the failures your evals uncover—on their own?

Today, agent evaluation usually ends with a dashboard, a failed trace, and an engineer who has to diagnose the problem and manually patch the agent.

We built PandaProbe Harness to close that loop.

It evaluates every step, watches the agent’s trajectory, and detects when progress stalls or regresses. It identifies the step that broke and delivers the diagnosis directly into the agent’s workspace.

The agent then writes a targeted rule to prevent the failure from recurring. But that rule isn’t trusted automatically: the Harness replays the failure with the rule in place and promotes it only if performance improves without introducing regressions. Otherwise, it retires the rule.

No retraining. No manual repair loop. Every change is reversible and auditable.

This is for teams building production agents, especially long-running workflows where reliability problems compound and human intervention becomes the bottleneck.

Observability helped us understand why agents fail. PandaProbe Harness moves agent engineering from passive observation to active repair—making it possible to operate fleets of hundreds of agents without requiring humans to fix every drift.

The next generation of agents won’t just be monitored.

They’ll learn from their failures and repair themselves.
