His method was simple: he approached his victims while pretending to be carrying a heavy load. He asked the children, âMy luggage is heavy. Could you help me carry it?â When they came closer to help him, he threatened them with a weapon or assaulted them with a metal pipe, abducted them, and raped them.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison. While incarcerated, he repeatedly assaulted other inmates and threatened prison officers. He was also identified as the perpetrator of another child-sexual-abuse case that had remained unsolved for 16 years. He received an additional five-year sentence for obstructing the performance of official duties, assault, and raping a minor. As a result, although he was originally scheduled to be released in 2022, his release was postponed until 2027.
The prosecution argued that Kim Geun-sik should undergo medication treatment to suppress his sexual urges, commonly referred to as âchemical castration.â However, the court rejected the request, stating that it could not conclusively determine that he posed a risk of committing another sex offense.

Hot take but I found this debut very boring and plain (musically wise). I miss when singers had big debuts with 3m songs, bridges, high notes and crazy dances
serian heu's legal team argued that she had been subjected to personal attacks from the newjeans fandom but the COURT pointed out that the images heu posted on her social media on the day of mhj's press conference may be the reason behind the online flak she received.
